I’ll answer the questions with a few questions:
Did the US bring down crime rate by their prohibition or did it increase it, (I’m talking ’bout the Mafias?
Are we, the Mizos with our total prohibition in any way reducing liquor intake or are we making it so valuable that we spend upto a grand on a bottle and giving drugs a big welcome as well?
Is Bangalore any different?
