I thought companies pay consultancies to get the right talent. I had a 6 year bond because of overseas travel. The consultancy told me that their client was willingly to bail me out upto 1 Lakh. But luckily, with notice period included, the bond expired.

IIT Powai, BITS Pilani leh NIT Trichy (Previously REC Trichy) survey ah an tel (duh) lo. Don’t know about IIT Madras and DCE. Would place these at a higher level than IIT Guwahati and IIT Roorkee.
Infosys te chu fresher ho salary hi INR 2.4 -2.7 Lakhs per annum, depending on the grade of the institution.
