If I have a kid who comes to me and say, ‘ mom, i’m gay’. i will not love him/her less or try to suppress his sexuality.

I do not know any country where Leviticus ( or any part of the Old Testament) is used as part of government rule in 2008 AD. People can be straight, gay or lesbian. it is their choice or orientation. Government should really have no say about them. Similarly, people may prefer to drink brandy, beer or red wine. Government should not interfere in people’s dietary preference.
