The government had 60 years to prepare for Mautam, and this is the best they could do, in fact.. the best they did.. Its simply deplorable..
In the time when Aizawl is talking about the internet, mobile telephony, and other technological advancements, our leaders cannot use that to their advantage, but rather look for reasons as to why things are the way they are, rather than doing anything about it..
Unless there is an overall advancement in the state as a whole.. Mizoram can never be wholly advanced..

There are the democrats and the Repulicans.. so you just have 2 choices… that promotes a stiff competition and a strong opposition… which is good for either parties..
