The central Quotas are for either ST or for Mizoram domicile. It is unfortunate that he bracketed the Chakma brothers with Bengali which is ill intended & uncalled for. Chakmas are as much equal citizen & sons of Mizoram soil as any Mizo holding Mizoram citizenship. Hope good senses prevail. Make sure you do not help in loosing the only Quota given by the central govt.
