Home made radish pickle (not really pickle though)

How to prepare:

1) Slice radish and heat the slices in the Sun for a day
2) Fry the dried slices for a minute in oil with onion, ginger, garlic and spices

Thats is all you have to do to make Chhanga buluih um yourself. Tasty and crispy. Sssssslurp!

Kum 2 vel in kan luah ho ve a thil um a duh lam chu buhfai, barley, sugarcane, hops leh malt tih vel kha a nia., chu pawh a tui choh lehnghal haha. Chupoh amahin a um ngai ka hrelo. Kan in (hlui, ka tan chuan) atanga 2nd leh 3rd street ah um sa an zuar teuh. 2nd street ami kha an phakar deuh hlek mahse.
