First get a host, a domain name, and choose CMS or manual html etc..A man chu i mamawh dan a zir ani ang…CMS hi hman ber a nia, Mambo/Joomla leh Drupal hi CMS ah chuan tha ber leh hman ber chu ania, wordpress pawh a tha tho a mahse i website content a zir a ni mai ang chu…. Chuan thil pawimawh ber chu (after constructing the site), i site hi 100% html and css valid ani em, 100% hi chu har deuh mai a nia, so try to minimize the errors. The other important aspect is that dont fall prey to those cheap web hosts, there are security lapses and are slow and inconsistent…domain registration will cost abt 500-1000 a year and a good host with a capability of abt 10GB space per month with a bandwidth transfer of abt 40-100 GB a month will cost abt 1500-2000 a year. If u plan to use CMS and cant create ur own template, a good template will cost abt 40$ (If u can ..make it urself) otherwise buy it or use free not the warez or pirated ones.
I’ve seen only 2 mizo websites that has a very good CCS and HTML validation…am not advertising them nor am related to them but I wanna make an example..they are abductedfamily.org and lonelymizo.com…with outstanding validation…being a web designer myself am just speaking out from the result base. You can check out web validation from https://www.w3c.org.
