Kesari is a sweet South Indian dessert. The main ingredient is suji (soojee). Somebody wrote the recipe here.

    tlem ei hi chuan a tui viau a, tam tak erawh tui taka ei a har…. south lam sawi takah chuan kei chu ‘Biryani’ hi tui ka ti khop mai….hahha

    Ka ei hleithei khawp mai, kesari hi chu. Mahse, tam tak ei chu a har…. a hmel en aiin a lo mawm phian zel bawk.
