AIZAWL: The Comptroller and Auditor General of India has taken exception to the purchase of 1,500 piglets by the Rural Development department of Mizoram as all the piglets died soon after procurement causing a loss of Rs 39.94 lakh and urged the state government to fix responsibility for the loss.
