The British Government invented a new missile. It doesn’t work and it can’t be fired. It’s called civil servant. I read this somewhere I can’t recall. Our state government too must have many of them(not necessarily civil servant).
I am shocked to learn that Mizoram Government works only for 6 hours during winter. Assume a noon break of 1 hour. That makes it only 5 hours. No wonder little gets done. Wow how I envy that . 6 hours , same salary. No Income Tax. No rented House. No set top box required. Mizo food. Mizo chicks. Fresh air. Sounds like little heaven working at home under Mizoram Govt.
Meanwhile non-teaching staffs of our only Mizoram University are demanding this short working hour too. Excuse is short daylight.
Logic is simple: If you want to leave early, bloody start early.

3x sorry didnt see this before. we had to give about two lectures per day.and yes we did give extra classes like u suggested.but in a college, students take different subjects and while lecturers may have two periods in a day and have the rest of the periods free,students have various subjects they study and literally have no off periods.and their off periods are different according to the subjects they take up.so if we want to take extra classes we usually did before the regular classes started or after college was over.otherwise even if we called for an extra class,students were not free cuz they had other classes to attend.u see its not that simple.so yes we had to just “twiddle our thumbs ” we had new mindsets in the new system(sarcastic lol) and man we were dying to impart better education trust me..:) and sweetheart it wasnt like we didnt use our creativity..just wasnt possible.so what chiu gonna do?? lolzz muaahh
