utube sues YouTube
November 2nd, 2006 5:07 pm | News | benjamin | 129 ViewsThe Age is reporting that a manufacturing company utube has to shut down their website because of overwhelming hits by millions of people looking for YouTube. The company had sued YouTube.
The company, with just 17 employees, got 68 million hits on its site in August, making it one of the most popular manufacturing websites.
This does sound like a big problem for utube. More hits means having to pay more money to their hosting provider. Or they probably expect Google which bought Youtube would easily pay.
Who would go after ewetube? [From slashdot comment]
