MOST IMPORTANTLY:
1. If you have One Million of any money, would you give it to anyone??
2. If you really win in a lottery, how can you win without buying the lottery ticket?
3. Let’s assume there’s a mistake and your name or email id was mistakenly picked out as winner eventhough you didn’t buy the ticket: why do they ask you to send money for administration charge? Why can’t they just take it out of your money and give you the rest?
There are lots of reasons why you should not BELIEVE Scams.
Next time you receive this kind of email, please consider the above points. And remember: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE MONEY.
And regarding ATM/Debit Card: there’s a lot of things that can be done on the internet or by phone even if you don’t have the PIN.

Be careful, spam, hoax and scam artists are ever vigilant in trying to deceive someone and fool the gullibles on internet. xollie is right. My advice is if you ever receive such an email, don’t even reply it. Usually they will start with you under “undisclosed recipient” not even your name on it. Once you reply, they will confirm your email address and name, and they go from there! Here is one principle we should always remember: If it’s too good to be true, don’t believe it.
