Original Windows 95 commercial

October 25th, 2006 4:44 pm by BlackWhite

I remember the hype surrounding the release, things like how the Rolling Stones will perform at the release and how it will change computing etc etc. Windows, you have come a long way baby! Rolling Stone “Start me up” tih nen chuan a lo inhmeh khawp mai. The effects are quite innovative considering the time/age it was released.
BTW, do check out the weird looking laptop of the guy sitting on the train. Looks like a Toshiba.

So, here’s the video.

I never really get to use Windows 95/98. I used to like NT Workstation. Then I move to the *nix.

well Jazz my two cent abt window vista is that its not really neccesary to have at the moment well not for me atleast .. it introduces high resolution with maybe as high as 32bit color bpc but right now i have adobe photoshop and after effects pro 7 in my system to be able to produce 32 bit bpc for my personal needs..as far as videos and pictures are concern most of them are stilll 8 bit bpc for now maybe 16-bit then u have 32 bit which are very few comparatively….wait for a couple of years before even trying to get this vista i’d say its just another opportunity for multiprocessors companies to develop newers products without having to revolve around their old ones..

BUT if u dont have adobe ps or AE pro 7.0 and ur into digital production i think it will be pretty worthed..not too sure abt it yet…could open a whole new dimension of computers in the future..will just have to wait and see..
