The answer is a tumbleblog.
Tumbleblog?
A tumbleblog is a blog that has just links, pictures, quotes or short text. It’s cool for those who likes brief posts. This is my tumbleblog. Last week, I lost all contents
How can I tumbleblog?
There’s a world beyond Blogspot and WordPress.com. tumblr is dominant platform for tumblebog but there are others:
Publr – More or less a tumblr clone
Posterous – Extremely easy. No need to sign up. Just send an email to get started.
soup.io – I have not explored this.
Writing a new post on tumblr is damn simple. Just pick one of the following
and you have ready to use template. Generally, I don’t like templates but tumblr templates are quite usable.
If you want to run a self hosted tumbleblog, there’s chyrp.

One difference between Tumblr and Publr is that Publr allows you to upload videos. There are a lot of updates in progress as we speak. Check our development blog (https://dev.publr.com) for details

if you just use the web interface, it’s not really fun. but there ware dozens of appls and tools. true, if you hardly have any friend on twitter, won’t much sense.
I follow some famous bloggers since their updates are worthy and interesting
