People We Need
Looking through the differences between a Leader and a Boss in the Organization what similarities and differences do we see?? On account to the similarities a Leader and a Boss both have the same responsibility of being the head but when it comes to the difference we see that a Leader is one who works on his best and makes sure that his co-workers are able to do the same as well, such support from the head results to success in the task, a leader does not take the good credits on his own, he shares it among his co-workers and when failure strikes the organization he does not blame his co-workers but takes the best effort to convert the failure into success.
Whereas a Boss is a head of the organization who stands in front of good success and is never to be found in times of failure and downfalls, a boss is also a person that tends to help his co-workers partially and when the good credits are seen in the organization he is partial and takes it all for himself and leaves the bad credits for his co-workers.
Of these two qualities who do we think we need? A Leader or a Boss. A good leader does not flee from the failures and downfalls, instead he faces it and holds his co-workers together and inspires them to perform and to convert this failure to success or good result. Such leadership should be found and is to be built in everyone’s career. If we build and grow with this leadership quality of a good Leader in our life there will always be success in every path that we stand.
