Dr. B.C. Roy Trophy – Junior NFC : Karnataka beat Mizoram 3-2 in the second semi final match played at MV Stadium ,Mandya ,Karnataka on Friday to enter the finals of the 46th Junior National Football Championship for Dr BC Roy Trophy.The two teams were tied 2-2 at the end of the regulation time and the crucial winning goal came off Raj Kiran in the 2nd half of the extra time.
Scorers : Karnataka : Santhosh/24th min , Nagraj /65th min (Penalty) and Raj Kiran /104th min Mizoram : Lalchhanchhua/69th min & Laldam Puia/77th min.
Karnataka will meet Orissa in the Finals to be played on Sunday at 2.30 PM.
