Ellen’s Chronicles

Google Blog search Alert brought me this “Ellen’s Chronicles“. She as it appears is residing in Aizawl and blogging from there.

We were delighted to listen to it during our travels last summer and brought it back to Aizawl with us.

She apparently is doing something in Silver Oak School, thats very close close (Kawmthlang) from our house in Durtlang.

In my classes this year at Silver Oak School I have been working through some Christian Character lessons. We have thus far done lessons on Giving Honor to God and Respecting Others. On Wed. we started on Telling the Truth.

Pizzas in Glenary Bakery (isn’t that Glenaries ?)

We went first to the Glenary Bakery and had a pizza lunch. I had discovered this awhile back and thought it looked very inviting. The pizza was good, and the baked treats were wonderful. They also serve hamburgers and hot dogs. They look wonderful but they are made up ahead of time and sit on the shelf without any refrigeration. I did watch him make 5 of them up and when he finished they were picture perfect with everything on them and looking like a picture from an American magazine. I will have to say I was tempted.

Canadian?

I am so thankful for a Canadian passport that allows me to travel freely around the world; and Canada is a great place to live and raise a family.
