Former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has been convicted of crimes against humanity by a Baghdad court and sentenced to death by hanging.
He was found guilty over his role in the killing of 148 people in the mainly Shia town of Dujail in 1982.
His half brother Barzan al-Tikriti was also sentenced to death, as was Iraq’s former chief judge Awad Hamed al-Bander
Former vice-president Taha Yassin Ramadan got life in jail and three others received 15 year prison terms.
Another co-defendant, Baath party official Mohammed Azawi Ali, was acquitted.

i just saw that on CNN man i dont know how to feel prolly if i see him well with his military clothes and while still at his power i would say he deserves it but right now his looks made me feel sorry for him..he lost everything he has and now they’re taking his life wow humanity…its a mixture of feeling for me..i wonder when they are going to have the execution date.anything that the legal can do to appeal his death penalty..I cant believe they are going to HANG him, personally he said he rather be GUN down…even though he was really cruel and inhuman when he was in power, boy was he a good leader
(good as in not morally but as a leader he carried out his duties realy well), and yea i heard him still scolding his prosecutors for displaying an exxagerated attitude in court..he got BALLS!
