This is another quick food which I believe many of us often make – “Chaw thing kan”
Ingredients
1) Left over rice (chaw thing)
2) Ginger/Garlic paste
3) Ghee preferred
4) Two Eggs
5) All spices you find in your kitchen
6)…anything else you find suitable
“Chaw kan vel mai mai” is served:
Oops! Too many takers! We are running low!
It’s finished!
Still hungry We are left with chaw thing and dal

kan misual lalpa pu bena hi ei siam lam hi i tui hmel hle mai. Malaysia a ka awm laiin Chinese restaurant-ah chef hna ka thawk thin a. Chaw kan dan chu ka thiam tam ve a sin. Tin, Chinese chicken rice, soup nodle, fry nodle, soup vermicelli, fry vermicilli,etc.. ka thiam ve nual a, han zirtir belh che ka va chak e. I thiam hma ngawtin ka ring.
Ai eng hi hman tam a tha damdawi tha tak a nia cancer pawh a veng.

chaw tin kan hi chu tui chiang alawm.. mahni awm phei chuan chaw hi no 4 vel han chhum tawk ila.. ni3 na hnuah hi chuan bang zawng hi han kang leh hmiah ila.. ration a tlo duh khawp mai.. bakah kar khatah vawi 2 vel bak rawngbawl ngailo re re..
