Unlimited 512 Kbps from Airtel

December 8th, 2007 7:32 am by benjamin rualthanzauva

Airtel has yet again launched an attractive broadband plan. Unlimited 512 Kbps @ 1499 called Unlimited 1499 plan. I do not how this plan compares to Unlimited 1999 which also gives 512 kbps except that it comes with 1 rupee STD (Any Where) package.

If you are willing to sell out more money, Airtel now offers unlimited plan for 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps.

My roommate got a ‘Sity’ connection. The name sounds a little ‘dap’(dublicate), but its quite cheap and fast, live up to expectation. We’re gonna change to Airtel next month. :)

I called up the customer care on this monday to change my plan from 512kbps Rs1999 plan to 512kbps Rs 1499 plan, but the answer was “they haven’t launch the plan yet”. I ask them why the same 512kbps become 1499 from the prev 1999, the answer was “I don’t know…., please inquire after one week…”:).

Anyway, new plan is cheaper and wil change it when they launch. 512kbps and Unlimited is all I need…:)
