I pc ah khan java runtime environment i thun anga, chuan sony official firmware(sonyericcsoon.com/support/update your phone software via pc/ your phone) kha download la chuan i phone kha usb khan connect la i flash don nia. Instructions chu net ah khan i zong mai don nia, youtube ah pawh khan video a awm mahna.
Caution: Fimkhur hle ang che flash lai hian karen omloh, usb connection error vel a awm chuan a pawi thui thei ang else contact professionals.

press *#0000# you will get the version of your phone. check out nokia’s site.. ok buddy do urself, here’s the link. Your phone’s update might not be available as to my knowledge those symbian 60 get updated very soon but not that much on others.
i suggest you use only official firmware as you might end up like the problem we are talking about… happy flashing!!
