The changes does not affect all the previous qualified ST candidates. Instead their rank is higher than before. Many Candidates of SC & OBC were rejected and many new names of General Candidates were found

Mahse UPSC list ti khan IAS cho ani hlei nem.
UPSC a cuan IPS,IFS(Foreign Service),IAS,IRS,IES etc…………….
an ni khom vek it’s not only for IAS it’s for all the services.

UPSC IAS exam ani lo it it is the Union Public Service Commission examination for Civil and Central Services not UPSC exam for IAS.
