Paypal chu a awlsam, pawisa inthawn nan leh thil lei nan te pawh a tha, it also provides anonimity, for eg if you make a payment or send money to someone a third party can not figure out your a/c nos. It is widely used by money launderers and criminals, not to mean all Paypal users are crooks, but you gotta have the good as well as the bad.
