The new Dell XCD28 is a large 2.8-inch full touchscreen display mobile phone running the Android v2.1 OS . It is a 3G mobile phone with quad band GSM support .The other key features of the new Dell XCD28 are WiFi connectivity , 3.2 mega-pixel camera with auto-focus and 600Mhz processor .
