Delhi is the only IIT to have felt the pressing need to put all the selected SC/ST candidates through classes on manners. The co-ed programme—which will be run from July 10 to July 17—is made up of modules on communication, personality development and theatre for communication (more like public speaking). Put together, “in all logical integrity, it is meant to boost the confidence of students who come from a different background”, say IIT-Delhi heads.

To judge a person based only on his/her caste is such a wrong way of handling things……classes just because they are from SC/ST!!!!!……..there can be really dumb people in general category and there can be really good qualities in a SC/ST too but just to judge someone only because of his/her caste when it comes to giving the pie is not done. Reservation in admissions today in India is just because it would help the SC/ST person retain some dignity and socio-economic parity (even if not fully then to some extent), but marking out something just because of caste takes away the self-esteem and moral of the person and cannot be justified.

Guess the output of these QUOTA CHILDREN as scientists, engineers, doctors. I personally never go to a govt. SC/OBC doctor, who got govt. job with PASSING MARKS. HE CAN NOT EVEN PROPERLY DIASNOSE. forget the treatment. These QUOTA CHILDREN are liability of India. They are illigal children of CONGRESS. Either India will get rid of these FOOLISH RESERVATION POLICIES or India will find itself in mid of A CIVIL WAR in near future. India has already witnessed the trailor as GUJJAR AND JAT ANDOLAN. RESERVATION POLICIES ARE INJUSTICE TO HUMANITY. IT IS AGAINST THE ONE OF FIVE PRINCIPLE RIGHTS of Common Citizens. i.e. EQUALITY. These reservation policies are the main content that people are against SC/ST/OBC people as they are stealing the jobs of other eligible candidates.
