If we eat fruits, drink milk, we know they are good without having to have the knowledge of a nutritient. Ladies, keep away from banana! This is not becuase it looks like something (So does carrot :-)) but because it gives you fat. If you want to lose fat, banana is one fruit to avoid.
What about tea? Biscuit, cookies , chips, soft drinks? What are they good for? Nothing?
I know white oats and corn flakes are nutritious. I am not sure what they actually contain – proteins, carbohyhrates?
There’s got to be some nutrition conscious people out there. Tell me.
PS: Avoid banana. Don’t even talk about it.

Who says bananas make you fat? They have a very rich content of iron which is why you shouldn’t eat them on an empty stomach…unless you’re a tennis star and want to look a little monkey hehe

Ka thiannu VLCC ah weight lose nan a kal a. On her bad days (read when she has gained weight) the advisors put her on a diet on 6 bananas and 3 glasses of milk, and unlimited glasses of water. She tends to lose a kilo in a day. Kind of temporary because she comes back and binges soon as she steps of the weighing scale
Bananas are not bad for gastritis, they coat the tummy wall and are actually good for gastritis. Also high in potassium, etc etc. Its not bad for u, Benji.

I don’t believe it’s bad for me. Yup, among fruits banana has very high potassium
Instead of 6 days with bananas + milk, she should go for 7 days of GM diet to lose some 2 kilos which begin with only fruits except banana on the 1st day.

Bananas have gone by many names. In fact, each time a new group of people were introduced to them. Centuries ago bananas were called “banna” and “ghana” and even “funana.” The Africans are credited with giving the banana its permanent name. In India, bananas were called “Fruit of the Wise Men.” According to Indian legend, wise men meditated under the shady, green leaves of banana plants. Don’t you wish you had a banana plant in your back yard?
The banana is harvested green, even for local consumption. It is the one fruit which, if left to ripen on the plant, never develops its best flavor. After they are picked, the sugar content increases from 2% to 20%. The yellowier the skin, the sweeter the fruit will be.

kan thiannu weight gain duh pawhin thla 3 vel banana ei vak vak a engmah ni chuanglo a ti.
Oats chu fibre leh complex carbohydrates a tam. fibre chu taksa in a digest ve vaklo emoni… but i believe it helps digestion. complex carbs chu taksa in a digest muang bik (ni tain ka hria). So we burn up the calories as we digest it. Simple carbs ho (rice, white bread etc) hi chu reilote ah kan digest nghal vek a, faster than we can burn it off, so it gets stored as fat.
Disclaimer: A chunga thuziak hi a ziaktu ngaihdan a ni vek kherlo.
