Farewell to whoever just because they move from what sounds like Bengaluru (tute nge ruk lovin ti ngai ?) to Delhi is rather high sounding. It may be farwell for Bengaluru, but for Delhites, it should be “Welcome to NCT of Delhi”, city of djins, bungalows, babus and monkeys..
