How to schedule new post

May 4th, 2007 10:00 am by TheHumanBot

I’ve discovered a trick to schedule the publishing of a post. Which means it would seem like I am wake round the clock :-)

WordPress users, what you need to do is advance the timestamp while writing a new post and publish it using the publish button. It will not appear immediatety but only at the timesptamp set.

Right now it’s 11 PM Thurday night but this post will appear only at 10 AM Friday May 4.

Currently, my target is to have atleast 5 new posts a day. Since Feeblitz delivers the update at 2 AM, I would wait till 2 AM to publish new stories meant for the next day. Now, I don’t have to stay late anymore just for this.

I like it. Since June and the girls are yet to arrive, I was busy making breakfast myself in the kitchen during which a new post was born.

All other new post since You’re a plain idiot were pre-publish last night.
