Makes no sense buying Ipod Shuffle

May 22nd, 2007 11:03 pm by Naupang^Fel

I bought this Ipod way back in December from one shop in Alsa Mall, Egmore, Chennai. At the beginning, it seemed to work fine with a great sound. For a moment, I really enjoyed my new Ipod and I always carried with me where ever I was. I even brought it in the office and enjoyed the great sound every night. I always used to listen at the maximum volume to give me the best possible thrill.

To my surprise, the earphone did not last long. After a couple of months, the sound tended to reduce by and by. I have never heard the great sound produced by my lovely Ipod since then. The sound now sucks and is unacceptable when I compare with the amount I have paid for. I now find no difference with the one sold at Aizawl bazar for Rs 150/- which they called Congli.

Here lies my situation. If I would like to enjoy the same previous sound, I have to buy a new ear phone which is being sold @ Rs 2000 (Only). Why should I pay such amount just to retain the old sound? Why not going for a new Ipod rather than paying such huge amount?

Well, to my conclusion, it makes no sense to purchase this Ipod for a poor man like me. I really regret that I did not go for Nano Ipod or some other kind of Ipod which would really last long. If ever you’re going to buy an Ipod, DO NOT go for this model. A quick heads-up.

IPOD sucks!! I bought an Ipod Video 30 GB last year and now I really wish I hadn’t. Firstly, I bought the lil sucker for $450 AUD and a week after that it was on sale for $380. Don’t you just hate it when that happens? You buy something and the next thing, the damn thing’s on sale. Anyway, the main problem with Ipod are THE BATTERIES!!! They die out after a certain amount of recharges. SO yeah mine is like about 8 months old… And the batteries, when fully recharged run out after i play songs continuously for about 4 hours. It’s supposed to last for 20. So it won’t be long until it completely dies out. SURE, Apple has a battery replacement program but it costs $54 US and you gotta go to an APPLE Centre which is practically impossible to locate unless except you’re in the US. So yeah, just warning you guys. DO NOT BUY AN IPOD. BUY A SANSA from Sandisk. Anyways, If ya’all don’t feel me.. check this site out https://www.ipodsdirtysecret.com
