What is the need to apologize? Isn’t the officer, as law enforcement person doing his job for whatsoever reason? For a sensitive issue such as this, I assume he would have acted on the advise/order of his superiors.

I would say the officer didn’t have a choice.
1) The situation forced to dismantle Zorun
2) MZP forced him to apologize when he probably did his duty as a police officer in the best interest for peace between the two states.
When will MZP finish the construction of their website?

It is an act done in good faith in the discharge of his duties for maintenance of public peace, law & order, and such act is not an offence under Section 92 of IPC.
Rule 3(2)(ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules states “No Government servant shall, in the performance of his official duties, or in the exercise of powers conferred on him, act otherwise than in his best judgment except when he is acting under the direction of this official superior.”
An Act done in good faith does not warrant disciplinary action(suspension). And there is no need for an apology. He even retrieve the materials for them. Is there no support/backup from other Police Officers and other related departments? Is there a pressure from behind, to apologise?

In a lawless cowboy time anything can happen. I hope we are not into such lawlessness. But am happy to note that MZP is into border issue and our youth are getting interested in real politiks.
@rka_49er Says am sure you are quoting the right stuff then why the police officer had to beg for pardon .. may perhaps be under pressure. I think the MZP are getting attention they are seeking and see if they continue on this border issue. We have to fight like Israel.
