I’ve tried a lot of anti-virus to remove an infection, but they failed. As advised by a blog, BitDefender 2008 was amazing.

if you’re so worried about getting infected… use NOD32. Its worth paying for. It’s cheaper than using BitDefender. If you want to make your box/lappy hack-resistant — get a NAT router or use a PC with a *n!x distro configure to work as a NAT firewall.
your next best bet is to use a *n!x distro like ubuntu or pc-bsd. virtually virus/trojan-proof.

i use nod32 too an the occasional scan with ad-aware or spy bot i use a router but i still use a sygate pro firewall … i’m more concerned of things going out then coming in on my pirate ship
