Who are the Mizos?

Everybody knew that Mizo is two word MI which means people and ZO which is believed to be our origin. Then, I wanna know who are Mizo? Is Mizo includes the people like ZOMI, CHIN, and KUKI who also claims that their origin is “ZO”.
