    In diet rawnsawi hi awmzia a awm lo. 99.99% Zoa diet rawn sawi ang khi mizoramah an eipha kher lo ang. Honey? kum khatah khawivah bu pakhat lak tur i hmuh palh chuan i vannei. Olive Oil? Ei chu sawiloh nausen chulh a tan pawh mitam zawkin annei pha lo.

    Zing chaw ei that pawimah zia chu an sawi fo thin, mahse physically a hna hahthlak thawh si loh chuan zingchaw ei tam a har. Kei pawh energy bars leh coke in ka tlingtla mai mai.
