Mizoram on Outlook Traveller

“Aizawl is a distant cool and utterly different from any other hill station in the country” – Ian Lockwood

This is an excerpt from the latest issue of Outlook Traveller. Here is given a brief but finely detailed journey account of the author (married to a Mizo lady). He gives quite a good impression of the local people in general; describing the taxi drivers as ‘impeccably honest’.

Yeah! one-up for ‘kan Zotlang ram nuam’

We googled “Aizawl is distant, cool and utterly different from any other hill station in the country.”, no results. So we wrote for more details to the submitter who submitted this a few days back. Thanks to this post on LK which is the lone link indexed by Google at the time of scheduling this post.
