Important Notes:
Those candidates whose Admit Card has been withheld by NEIGRIHMS are instructed to come and collect the same 2 days (i.e 24th and 25th July, 2009 from 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M ) before the Entrance Test by producing 2 (two) passport size photographs bearing the candidate’s photo and name plate and any other documents wherever instructed. Under no circumstances Admit Card will be issued on the day of the Entrance Test (i.e 26th July, 2009).
(Supporting documents means Copy of PRC, 10+2 Marksheet, Birth Certificate, Pass Certificate, ST/SC/OBC Certificate, OPH if applicable).
(Candidates whose PRCs are to be produced to NEIGRIHMS are instructed to submit the same issued by the office of the Deputy/Addl. Deputy
Commissioner).
Those candidates who have been made eligible can sit for the Entrance Test but will be allowed to attend the counseling only on production of the relevant.
