The timing could not have been better. At a time when all the 38 districts of Bihar are facing dual problems of “flood & drought” and the affected people are crying for relief, the Nitish Kumar government is distributing radios.
The government is apparently of the opinion that a radio is all that is needed and the suffering villagers can sing their way out of their miseries.
