You can recover the files with in this also:-
Start the windows with the help of bootable CD (not a condom, lols )of windows, press F2, (don’t remember) continuously, after reading all the files, you will get a wizard – welcome to setup – choose to repair windows XP installing using Recovery Console, – Press R – then press Enter – type the Admin password – enter – type this command
C:\WINDOWS>E: (E for the cd drive) Enter – (it will shows all the date of the CD)
E:\>dir – (it will show all the contents)
E:\>cd i386 then press Enter-(it contents all the date)
E:\>i386>copy(space) ntldr(space)C:\
E:\>i386> – (1 file copied)

@ hmelthatea, Well!! but is only for advanced users. For laymen, the commands you’ve tined out are troublesome. It may be easy to have done in normal window with Live CD. By using command, a single dash effects the whole. Supposed if the command is given as ‘E:\>cdi386’, surely it will contain nothing. Here a single space will effect badly. For many PC users, it will not be! but for you and other advanced users, it’s habitual.
