Lungngai ngai lo ila,
Ka hlim ngai dawn si lo va.
Harsatna tâwk ngai lo ila,
Hlawhtlinna hlut zia ka hre ngai dâwn si lo va.
Lungchhiain ṭap ngai lo ila,
Hlimin ka nui thei ngai dâwn em ni?

Ka retheihna avâng hian,
Hausate vânneih zia ka hriat phah a,
Hausa awm dân tur ka hriat phah a,
Malsàwm nih dân ka hriat phah a.

Retheihna vëk hi ka malsâwmna dawn a ni tih ka hriat phah asin!
