U.S. Armed Forces have five branches – Air Force, Army, Marine, Navy, and coast Guard.
What are the qualifications to join in U.S. Armed force?
The following are the basic requirements :
- You must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Be between the ages of 17-34 ( see below for cut off age for each branch)
- Have a high school diploma.
- Speak, write and read English fluently.
- Have no more than two dependents.
- Take and pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.
- Pass a Military Entrance Processing Station medical exam.
