newslink.in revamped

October 7th, 2006 6:11 am by TheHumanBot

Thanks to certain somebody who mentioned it here, the website of English Daily Newslink newslink.in has been revamped. The look and feal is neat and comfortable while some of you might find it colourless.

misual.com is found in the list of links and here’s what the short description says –

Misual.com is what happens when you take a single person’s blog, a handful of bloggers moonlighting as editors, a horde of educated readers and one ex-IIMBian; mix them up well and you have quite an eclectic mix of gossip, news and well formed opinions. Definitely worth a visit.

If you read whats said about izawl.com and zoram.com, whoever wrote it pretty well followed the evolution of Mizo community portals.

Zawlbuk was mysteriously offline everytime I tried accessing it, started four days back till this morning. I thought that it was offline. I tried it at 12 noon today and it finally loaded but it is DEAD SLOW. Definitely worth adding though, if they are still at active. And it appears that they are active.

Anything else really worthy of a link ? Our government sites are useful but they suck with a big S.

I felt that ex-IIMBian would be a little less offending to you than dropout, which is the term I had first used, and which you epitomised :D …. We can always re-edit that if you’d like.

well being a dropout is embarrassing, but at the same time, it would be wrong to say exIIMBian since I am not one. Why mention IIMB in the first place anyway? :-) Yeah I would really appreciate it if you can remove the entire IIMB thingie. And by the way I replied to your comment on the other post and you didn’t reply so I figure out you didn’t check that page again:

Hi G-wiz, who were you refering to as “Cuzz Kima”.
*damn this stupid name Kima is so freaking common that it causes confusion sometimes* :-D
