Firefox 2.0 is available for download. Amit has a short review. Official release notes here. Detailed review posted two days earlier. Unlike IE7, I don’t have to restart my computer. I almost thank myself for having IE installed so that I could continue browsing while Firefox 2 was being installed. But it got over before I open a web page.
I am already making good use of the spell checker, new feature in this release. Wrongly spelled words detected will be underlined in red.

The only problem i had was FF telling me “GBookmarks is not compatible with this version of FF” … Drats!!
Loved the inline spell check and the Find bar finally having a previous button.
The glassy interface really rocks! Firefox Forever!!

One difference I’ve noticed is in the way you close the tabs. I don’t see the spell check though

Oops, just ignore the link. You need to right click on an input field (like this form) and select “spell check this field”

I always remove the “search bar”. I use Google toolbar instead

I never install any extra toolbar. I don’t like a crowded colony at the top of my browser.com

Can someone tell me what the heck is the “PIN no” that needs to be provided for the Google Browser Sync add on?
Its my fav add-on. Just wondering if some of you know it.

I hardly use bookmark itself. I just use a clean default install with sometimes extension I really need. No need to sync. I hate it when it gets heavy
