Sanjay, please welcome to Mizoram. Delhi is hot like Tandoori oven, but Mizoram is like November or February in Delhi. You need permit (like visa) to come here. There are no good hotels here, but they are not expensive as few tourists come. Many people speak English although most ofthem are rather shy to talk openly. I am sure you will ahve a great time.
