1) Shredded boiled chicken
2) Lightly pan fry it for 5 mins using minimum oil
3) Mix the chicken with your choice of vegetables
– cabbage,tomatoes, baby corn, green peas,cucumber, Bro Colli,lettuce iceberg etc..
4) 2 tablespoon of amul punchy pepper
5) Cheese spread for that savoury taste
You can also use salad dressing of your choice. Voila! You have a mouth watering can’t-get-enough-of-chhanga-chicken-salad.

Most of you prolly already have all the Youth Icon vidoes thru your family or friends. This VCD sold for 150 bucks at Zion Street, Aizawl in early Jan. The cover is a normal photo print. The videos inside are “capture” from LPS TV. There is no information as to who produce/publish this VCD. There are two disks inside with no proper lable.
