I totally agree with Pu Zoa Tlau in mentioning misual.com as “A popular Hangout”. As we all know, i’m one of the editors here, but i’m not writing this to blow our own trumpet. I wanted you all to know that misual[dot]com is one of the most visited mizo blog/site or wateva…… below is the comment given by benjamin in the topic

Well, misual.com being Mizo/Mizoram centric, viewers could be quite limited.However, it was awesome to have to 5.8 lakhs hits in Feb. Hits since Aug 9 2006 is 2,592,882 after moving to wordpress. Before that we crossed 1 million somewhere in May/June of 2006. So, since Sept of 2005, over all hits would be roughly 3.6 – 4 millions.
Give yourself a pat on the back…

Now that you brough up the topic, let me add that among the Mizo websites I looked up, we have the best Alexa Rank(1,384,815 ). Next comes lelte.net at rank 4,647,499.
But if you look at Manipur based e-pao.net, it has an impressive traffic rank of 239,382 .

One suggestion, editors saabs. With the increase of visitors especially in the wake of the ruotmoi scandal, and some of whose comments I personally find extremely rude and tasteless, I wonder if it’s time you do away with the Guests comments enablement. Plus it looks like we have a few mischief mongers who leave comments with nicks very similar to those of registered members. Since misual.com is getting more and more hit upon (pun intended :P), shouldn’t it now be restricted to registered members only?

Even when it was restricted to registered members only, snide remarks, threats, insults, etc very much appeared. It will be very dull if we go back to that stage.

Earlier, I tried to remove the name field for anonymous comment. It didn’t work and I abondoned it.
