Spikey, the issue of lobbying and stealing straight out of public coffers is entirely different. In this context as mentioned by the Original Poster is outright stealing which is the most common form of corruption in India and other poor countries. Fyi, donating money to politcal paties and campaign are perfectly legal and trying to influence legislation are the norm in a democratic society, not that it is always good for the people. Just like Indian in USA lobbying hard for India-US nuclear deal while prominent indians donated money for either republican/democrat campaigns. When corruptions are involved, see Abramoff Case, actions are swift and punishments are severe.
Whre’d you get this BMW thing, last time i checked BMW plants in US, Europe and South Africa are operating as normal and no talks of closing/shifting elsewhere.

See Aryan, its not donating, if we are talking abt the medical insurance company. Its giving them free health care so that the government can avoid public free healthcare like France, Britian or Canada and that they would profit well from it. I see this as much a bribe as manipulating receipts. The dirt that these companies have behind the scene is incredible. Watch SICKO by Michael Moore if you havent already. Its a good documentary.
As for BMW, I think it was in Spring, late feb Im not too sure. They shift their manufacturing plant to India. It was on the news for so many days over here. Check on the net, Im sure you’ll see a lot of it.

As for the explanation : I do admit that I made a rather haste conclusion as to my word abt her graduating from my university. She did her Entrepreneur from Asper School of Business, she even got an award I.D.E.A (International Distinguished Entrepreneur Award.) and still was a prominent member in our university during her conviction and every news abt her was discussed internally. On the record – Aryana kha a dang thei lo, lolz..we discussed abt BMW moving to India, he said he doesnt know anything abt it and that big companies dont move to India, but I showed him a page but yeah since Im not really careful with my words here I wrote “SHIFT” instead of “MOVE” thats where he sticks his arguments at, completely overlooking the fact that he at first did not know that bmw moved to India.. he started going on and on abt it was not shifting, it was moving..potato-potato same shizzz! We both have a score to settle, well actually he has a lot of score to settle with everyone but maybe someday-somewhere..or maybe you can speak on his behalf..but goodluck with the community then!
