UN comes to Northeast to fight AIDS

Kohima, Sept. 25 (PTI): The United Nations AIDS programme along with other UN agencies and National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) has come up with a new HIV prevention programme for four North Eastern states.

The 10.50 million dollar programme will be formally launched in New Delhi on October 12.

    Kan ram hi voluntary blood test nei ta vek ila…thingtlang mi thleng hian…kan tam tawh dan rura zia hi te ka ti mai mai…khawvel ah population atanga en chuan a langsar pawl kan nih theih ka ring….HIV,AIDS & HCV ah ngat chuan.

    Burma (NOT Myanmar) ram thil thleng pui roh khi. India hian an sipai hmangin Burma ram han ti zalen hlauh mai se ka va ti em ! Tichuan Burmese mipui leh khawvel ram zawng zawng in hun rei tak chhung min ngaisang ang. Let’s go. (sorry, off subject !)
