State-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) will roll out its 3G services in the north-eastern states and Chennai by Jan 2009, Communications and IT Minister A Raja said here on Monday, Oct 13. ”BSNL will roll out the services by January 2009 in the North-Eastern states and Chennai,” Mr Raja said.
