Is there anyone who can help me?

Since last night I tried to post a video on misual, i asked everyone who came by at the mizoserver. But, till now I have’nt got the right help or the right procedure to post my video for the misual. So, please, I m begging you(everyone/every misual) to help and tell me how to post a video in misual. I will be very grateful if you(everyone/every misual) could(if possible) teach me all the necessary procedures and technique in details.

Assuming the video is from video hosting site such as YouTube or Google Video, all you need to do is paste the embed code or url. The rest will be taken care of when published.
