mi(sual).com

The website of Airtel is airtel.in but by mistake I entered airtel.com which is redirected to the website of Vodafone Spain!

According to whoishostingthis.com “The domain airtel.com is hosted by:Vodafone Spain”. whois query shows the registrant is AIRTEL MOVIL, S.A.

The re-direction started in May 2002. Till March 2002, airtel.com was not forwarded and shows ia different website. Thanks to archive.org

Airtel was Spain’s second largest Telecomm company. (BBC News).

So it seems less likely to be an evil work by Vodafone India to hit on Bharti Airtel after all.
