It is indeed a great honor bestowed upon a real true bureaucrat of Mizoram origin.One should feel proud of his appointment and wish him all the best for this challenging assignment. I sincerely want to congratulate him and his family. I had observed and seen his performances in Mizoram, as a DC, Secretary of various departments, he is undoubtedly the best IAS officer ever podted here in my rating.
